Pricing & Billing
Simple, predictable costs make fleet budgeting easier. There are no per-visit charges for included services, no hidden fees, and no surprises on the invoice.
We invoice at the start of each month. The invoice covers all scheduled maintenance for that billing period — rotations, pressure checks, tread monitoring, and seasonal swap coordination. New tires, if needed, are quoted separately.
Minimum 3 vehicles. Larger fleets (20+ vehicles) contact us for volume pricing.

We bill $35 per vehicle per month, invoiced at the start of each month. The invoice covers all scheduled maintenance visits for that billing period. There are no per-visit charges for included services — rotations, pressure checks, and tread monitoring are all covered under the monthly rate.
The minimum is 3 vehicles. Whether those are vans, trucks, SUVs, or a mix, the $35/vehicle/month rate applies across the board. We also work with larger fleets of 20, 50, or more vehicles — reach out for pricing on larger accounts.
Yes. We service box trucks, cargo vans, sprinter vans, pickup trucks, SUVs, and company cars. If it's part of your commercial operation and you need the tires maintained, we can handle it. Commercial vehicle tire specs and load ratings are handled correctly every time.
After signing up, we work with you to establish a recurring service schedule that fits your operation — typically early morning before routes start, or at end of day when vehicles are back in the yard. We can service multiple vehicles in a single visit to minimize disruption.
New tires are not included in the monthly fee, but we can source and install them quickly. We'll flag any tires approaching end of life during our regular tread depth checks, so you can plan replacements before a truck goes out of service unexpectedly.
